Your Right to Data Deletion

In accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR and Meta Platform policies, you have the right to request deletion of all personal data we hold about you at any time.

What Gets Deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, we will permanently remove:

• Your phone number and profile information (name, email)
• Your course progress and lesson history
• Conversation state and interaction logs
• Payment records (subject to legal retention requirements)

Note: Financial transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable tax and accounting laws, but will be anonymized where possible.

How to Request Deletion

You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:

• WhatsApp: Send a message to +52 15629150242 with the text: "Delete my data"
• Email: Send a request to support@telebots.site with subject: "Data Deletion Request"

Please include the phone number associated with your account so we can locate and delete your data accurately.

Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation once deletion is complete. After deletion, your account access and course progress will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.
